Justice Path Forward provides writing and resources for promoting better policing through commentary and examples of communities that are having success.
A secondary, yet equally important purpose of this initiative is to foster understanding and support for those at risk of incarceration or returning to society after incarceration.
These two goals are not mutually exclusive. They are not divergent, but convergent. They are unifying. We all want better policing. We all want to ensure that everyone is treated with dignity. We all want people to be living their best life, rather than their worst life. There is a path forward that supports these goals and unifies communities rather than tearing them apart.
